Our workshop is fully equipped to handle any task brought in and can get working on it typically we can get your machine on the desk the same day. although sometimes when the pressure is on will normally get it on the bench next day on our workbench.

If jobs require to be examined immediately or have high importance, Priority repairs are available by request and may incur additional fees for immediate service, with 7 service bays + Laptops we can normally make some room. Our average fix time for repairs is one to three days depending on the job, but repairs can be same day fixes.

While there are no labour charges for computers built by us that have a faulty part, whilst the unit is under warranty, and outside the warranty, labour is kept to a minimum.

We Don’t Charge Per Hour In Shop

Service charges all depend on the job. We don’t believe in charging per hour as other repair shops do, instead, our labour charges are calculated on what is required for the job we have done rather than how long the machine has been on the bench. This is because over the years we have come to the conclusion that it is not right to charge when the computer has to do troubleshooting, updates and installing whilst we aren’t actually working on it because these tasks take time.

Speed up your older machine

Just because you have an older machine Laptop or Desktop, Pc or Mac if it seems to be running slower then usual, doesn’t mean you have to buy a new one. Core Computers is happy to help with any issue you may have just brought it down to the workshop for a quick book in.
